In the last 24 hours, 6,049 patients with COVID-19 have recovered, and the recovery rate has become 50% resistant. So far, a total of 1,62,37 patients have recovered from COVID-19.
Currently, the cure rate for this treatment is 50.60%. Of the total number of cases of COVID-19, only half have indicated that they have recovered from the disease. Timely identification of the victim and proper medical management have paved the way for speedy recovery.
Currently, 1,49,348 patients are undergoing treatment.
The ability of ICMR to detect novel coronavirus in infected people has been steadily increasing. The number of government laboratories has increased to 646 and the number of private laboratories to 247 (693 in total). In the last 24 hours, 1,51,432 samples have been tested. The total number of samples tested so far is 57,56,614.
Today, the Union Minister of Health along with the Union Home Minister will hold a meeting with the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and the Chief Minister of Delhi to review the situation in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The meeting focused on strengthening the containment system, increasing the number of trials and preparing adequate medical infrastructure.
