Operation Muskaan gears up from 1st July

As per the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs to form teams for Operation Muskaan-VII during the month of July 2021,on wednessday, a Co-ordination meeting held at Cyberabad CP Office.
Cyberabad Police Women & Children Safety Wing (W&CSW), Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Labour department officials, Medical department and and others discussed Operation Muskaan – VII-related topics (July 1 to July 31st).
This meeting, which is part of Operation Muskaan – VII, which runs from July 1 to July 31, discussed how to find missing children, children involved in child labour, bonded labour, micro industries, begging, and trafficked children, rescue them, and return them to their parents and families, as well as how to set up rehabilitation centres, resue homes, and compensate them.
S.M Vijay Kumar, IPS, Cyberabad DCP Traffic, remarked Cyberabad Police have constituted teams for Operation Muskaan-VII in the nine divisions of Cyberabad under the supervision of Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS.

Every year, the city of Cyberabad sees the greatest number of children rescued from child labour and slavery. This year, all departments should work together to rescue more children than they did last year.
The trained police personnel screened and rescued vulnerable children throughout this operation. The details of such identified children have been validated and posted to the DARPAN Facial Recognition App. The usage of technology by rescue teams in the form of the Facial Recognition App on TS Cop and DARPAN has been a distinctive feature. Repeat incidences involving minors in child labour have also been identified as a result of the database’s development, which will be monitored further with the help of the database.
DCP C. Anasuya of the Women & Children Safety Wing (W&CSW) revealed that throughout July 2021, a specific campaign called “Operation Mukaan-VII” was being carried out throughout the Cyberabad Commissionerate.
