According to a news published in the ‘New York Times’ in 1930, Professor Wu Chung-Cheeh of Chengdu University of China had given his greetings to Li Ching in his 150th anniversary in 1827, while on his 200th anniversary in 1877.

Lee Ching was a prominent Chinese herbalist, martial artist and consultant, who is known to be alive to the highest age. Li Ching started doing business of herbal medicines at the age of 10. He was also well-versed in martial arts as well as herbal. Lee joined the Chinese army as a martial arts trainer at the age of 71. It is said that Lee Ching had 24 marriages, with whom he had more than 200 children.

It is also said that Li Ching collects herbs like Lingji, Goji Beri, Jeanseng, Wu and Godu Cola for the first 100 years of her life and sold them. He spent the next 40 years of his life with the help of herbs only. He used to take many types of herbs as well as drinks made of rice as food.

The secret behind Lee Ching’s long life is that he used to sleep, like a dove, without laziness, used to sit comfortably as a turtle and kept his heart calm.
