Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrasekhar Rao failed to attend the oath ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In fact, his special aircraft was not allowed to land in Delhi in view of security. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy took oath of office on Thursday. In this, the Chief Minister of Telangana Chandrasekhar Rao also attended the swearing-in ceremony.
According to sources, for the oath-taking ceremony of Prime Minister Modi, the two chief ministers had planned to come from Vijayawada to Delhi by a special aircraft. But the Chief Minister’s Office was informed that due to the arrival of other countries, the approval of landing of special aircraft was not allowed in Delhi due to the joining of the swearing ceremony after 3:30 PM. After this both the Chief Ministers canceled their visit to Delhi and returned to Hyderabad.
