U.S. President Donald Trump said Sunday that he feels “100 percent” and is heading to the battlefield state of Florida on Monday, where candidates will face it in the final weeks of the White House race.
When tested for COVID-19 he told evangelical leaders without saying “I was completely negatively tested”. “I’m leaving for Florida tomorrow, working very hard because this is the election we should win.”
After Trump spoke, Daryl Strawberry, who led the New York Yankees and Mets in four World Series, was caught by a run-in with police and prayed for Trump to fight drug addiction.
The day before, Trump said he had fully recovered from COVID-19 and was not at risk of infection to others. He also said that he was now immune, as he had drawn a flag from Twitter for violating social media platform rules about misleading information related to COVID-19.
