Baloch National Movement Labels Pakistan a ‘Terrorist State’ in White House Protest

WASHINGTON: The Baloch National Movement (BNM) staged a protest in front of the White House, denouncing Pakistan as a “terrorist state” and condemning its alleged atrocities in Balochistan.

Led by Samee Baloch, president of BNM’s US chapter, activists held an awareness campaign highlighting escalating human rights violations and military operations in the region, particularly in Zehri district. Pamphlets distributed at the event accused Pakistan of exploiting Balochistan’s natural resources and using its strategic location for political and economic gains.

Samee Baloch stated that the humanitarian crisis in Balochistan is worsening due to ongoing military offensives against civilians. The protest also saw participation from Ukrainian activists, who expressed solidarity with the Baloch cause.

Recent alleged attacks cited by the BNM include a September 17 drone strike and an October 5 air raid in Zehri, which reportedly killed several civilians, including women and children.
