Hyderabad: On the occasion of Sankranti festival all educational institutions declared short-term vacation. Starting January 11, all the educational institutions will remain closed for the festive break.
School students can enjoy a seven-day festival vacation from January 11 to 17 with reopening scheduled for January 18. As for the junior colleges, the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE) announced Sankranti holidays from January 11 to 16, inclusive of both days. The junior colleges will reopen on January 17.
The degree and professional colleges have short-term vacation from January 11 to 15.
