Hyderabad: BRS MLCs criticized Congress government’s failures for not fulfilling the promises which was made earlier before elections.
They pointed that, Congress failed to provide one tola gold to eligible brides for their wedding under Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak.
The BRS MLCs staged a protest at the Telangana Legislative Council on Wednesday and raised slogans against the Congress and demanded government to deliver its promises.
BRS MLCs demanded to distribute one tola gold for the newly-wed brides including those who got married in the last 15 months since the Congress came to power in December 2023.
