Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court dismissed BRS working president KT Rama Rao quash petition on Tuesday. Earlier, in connection with the Formula E race controversy , Anti-Corruption Bureau registered case against KTR.
The single bench comprising Justice K Lakshman issued a single-line verdict, stating that the quash petition was dismissed. The court had heard arguments from both sides in detail and reserved the verdict on December 31.
The ACB, however, was allowed to continue its ongoing investigation into the matter.
