Kavitha quits from BRS, submits resignation to MLC post

Hyderabad: MLC K Kavitha resigns BRS party and also the legislative post with effect from Wednesday.

Kavitha sent the resignation to the Legislative Council Chairman. She also tendered her resign from the BRS primary membership in a letter addressed to the party chief K Chandrashekhar Rao, urging him to accept her resignation.

Kavitha was elected to the Council from Nizamabad Local Authorities Constituency in October 2020 and her term will expire next year.
