Nizam College students protest for hostel accommodation

Hyderabad: Nizam College students staged protest in front of the college gate demanding hostel accommodation, here on Saturday.

Students complained that despite around 20 days into the commencement of the fresh academic year, the hostel was not opened, causing severe inconvenience to students who have come from far-off places.

During the protest Traffic at Basheerbagh was affected as the students sat in the middle of the junction. The students alleged that they were asked to pay hostel and mess fees and questioned why the hostel was not opened despite them paying the fee.
