After a close loss to Punjab Kings by 16 runs, he noted, “It is vital that we don’t become overly excited or discouraged by the outcomes. We bowled well, limiting them to 112 runs and dominated until midway through our innings. Consistency in our strategy and a positive mindset are key.”
Crowe acknowledged the significance of spin bowling at Eden Gardens, stating that KKR boasts talented spin bowlers whose performance statistics reflect their hard work. He praised the captain for effectively utilizing them during the tournament.
Additionally, Crowe welcomed the return of Abhishek Nair to the coaching staff, emphasizing his long-standing association with KKR and respect within the team.
