TGGDA urged state govt to release TVVP salaries on time

Hyderabad: The Telangana Government Doctors Association (TGGDA) on Thursday condemned the State government over mishandling of TVVP and delays in release of salaries to senior doctors at TVVP-run hospitals.

TGGDA urged the government to act responsibly and put in place a permanent system that ensures salaries are credited to TVVP doctors on the first day of every month.

TGGDA said the Congress government when it came to power was welcomed by government doctors with the hope that long-awaited reforms would finally materialize and that TVVP doctors would receive a permanent solution to their salary issues.

The association demanded the State government to remove TVVP from the Corporation system and bring it under Directorate of Secondary Health Services (DSHS).
