Bids Opened for Team Operating Rights in T20 Mumbai Women’s League

Mumbai, March 1: The bidding process for Team Operating Rights for three teams in the upcoming T20 Mumbai Women’s League was officially opened on Saturday.

According to the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), the process witnessed enthusiastic participation from reputed organisations, underscoring the growing interest and confidence in women’s cricket in the city.

Officials said that based on the financial bids received, selected bidders have secured the Team Operating Rights for the three teams. The detailed financial evaluation was conducted in accordance with established guidelines.

The development marks a significant step in strengthening the structure of women’s cricket in Mumbai, with organisers aiming to provide a competitive platform for emerging talent.
