Hyderabad: A total of 552 persons were caught in drunken driving checks on weekend. The Hyderabad traffic police during the weekend special drive, among those caught are 438 two wheeler riders, 45 three wheeler riders and 69 four wheeler drivers.
Ten persons recorded BAC levels above 300 mg/100 ml while eight individuals recorded BAC levels between 251 mg/100 ml – 300 mg/100 ml.All those caught for the violation will have to appear before the court for legal proceedings. Special drives will continue to control violations, police said.
