Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Bengali Film Festival (HBFF) 2024 and Esprimiti 4.0 kicked off today with a dazzling opening ceremony at the Ethnic Hall in Shilparamam, Madhapur.
The festival was graced by notable guests including Supran Sen, Secretary General of Film Federation of India, IAS officers Kishen Rao and Chandana Khan, and Partha Pratim Mallik, the Founder Director of HBFF and Esprimiti.
This highly anticipated event promises to be a convergence of art, culture, and cinema with a plethora of activities such as film screenings, live performances, an art exhibition by Chandana Khan, and a food festival. The festival will continue on 4th August with screenings at Prasad Labs and a musical tribute to the legendary Kishore Kumar on his 96th birthday.
The closing ceremony on the same day will be a grand finale celebrating the rich heritage and talent of Bengali cinema and culture.
