Hyderabad: Congress party candidate Naveen Yadav won with a 24,711 vote majority in Jubilee Hills by-poll.
From rounds 1 to 10, BRS candidate Maganti Sunitha gave a tough fight, and in one round BRS secured first place in the counting.
P Sairam, Returning Officer of the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency, handed over the certificate of election to winner Navin Yadav on Friday at the counting centre at Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium.
