Delhi: Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut has expressed her gratitude towards the BJP top brass for giving her a party ticket to contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi seat. On the occasion of Holi, she extended her greetings and stated that Himachal is her ‘janmabhoomi’ and she feels fortunate to be chosen to serve the people there.
She also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, party president JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Union Minister Anurag Thakur for their support. Despite facing challenges in her life, Kangana is determined to be there for the people of Himachal and Mandi if elected. She believes in the cooperative culture of the BJP and has pledged to work towards their agenda and goals. Kangana also stated that she is now a dedicated member (karyakarta) of the party and will follow their orders.
She firmly believes that if the party wins, she wins, and if PM Modi wins, the whole nation wins. Leaving behind her stardom and acting career, Kangana is fully committed to serving her constituency and fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to her by the BJP.
