Hyderabad, February 19:For lakhs of intermediate students across Telangana, Thursday marked the beginning of the final countdown to exams as the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) released hall tickets for the Intermediate Public Examinations scheduled to start from February 25.
Around 9.9 lakh students will appear for the first and second year examinations this year. Colleges witnessed a rush of students checking details, confirming exam centres and discussing preparation plans as the admit cards became available both online and through respective institutions.
Students can download the hall tickets using their college login credentials, while many are also collecting physical copies from their college principals to avoid last-minute issues. The board has advised candidates to immediately report any errors to college authorities for correction.
To make access easier, the board will also send hall ticket download links via SMS to registered mobile numbers. Each admit card carries a QR code that helps students locate their examination centre, a feature aimed at reducing confusion on the first day.
For families and students alike, the release of the hall ticket signals the shift from preparation to performance, as households across the state prepare for the examination season beginning next week.
