Hyderabad: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation ( GHMC) on Friday opened two more Indiramma canteens at NTPC, Kavadiguda and Bagh Lingampally.
Officials stated that, these canteens are operated by Hare Krishna Movement (HKM) Charitable Foundation and provide hygienic, subsidised meals to poor, daily-wage labourers, auto drivers, small vendors, migrants and unemployed youth.
These canteens are open at 7 am and serve breakfast up to 9.30 am and lunch from 12 noon to 2 pm. Beneficiaries pay Rs 5 for breakfast and Rs 5 for lunch (meal).
