Musi Riverfront demolitions: Residents plead with KTR

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Tuesday visited Ambedkar Nagar, Annapurna Nagar, New Tulasiram Nagar, and surrounding areas in Golnaka of Amberpet constituency.

During the visit, the affected families expressed their grievances, seeking his support in their struggle against the Congress government’s plans to evict them from their homes.

Residents are criticizing the Congress government for demolishing the houses in the name of HYDRA. “Congress is trying to take away what we earned through hard work, offering double-bedroom houses as if we depend on them. We are tax-paying citizens, not encroachers,” Residents stated.
