Hyderabad: In view of ongoing investigation on online betting and gambling applications case, Tollywood film actor Rana Daggubati and anchor Vishnu Priya on Saturday appeared before the Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID).
The CID questioned them for over an hour in regard to the case. Officials recorded the statements of celebrities. The inquiry follows a series of coordinated raids by the Telangana Special Investigation Team and CID across six locations in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Punjab earlier.
The investigation is being done by the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
