Owaisi requests Telangana Govt to arrange permanent trained elephant

Hyderabad: Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi requested state  government to arrange a trained elephant permanently for various religious processions in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Owaisi wrote a  letter to Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, asking to arrange trained elephants for religious processions like Muharram, Bonal, Gyarvi Shareef etc.

He mentioned that in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, many religious processions are held every year. But, since the death of the elephant there is no trained elephant in Telangana. Owaisi urged the government to seriously look into the issue and initiate action.
