New Delhi, 1 January: India is a nation with an incredible array of talent, and Syed Mohammed Hussain is the perfect example of it. Representing India in the Age 16–22 60 kg weight category, Hussain demonstrated exceptional prowess and clinched the coveted 1st Place in the Kumite Event-Elite at the ISKU International Karate Cup held in Gujrat on the 30th and 31st of December, 2017. This prestigious event saw participation from 15 countries, and it was Hussain, an accomplished international medalist, who led India’s charge, culminating in a resounding victory in the men’s competition.

His hard work and dedication paid off as he secured the second gold medal for India at the International Championship, distinguishing himself as the top male karateka and adding a golden finish to the nation’s phenomenal run in the International Championships.
