The UAE Embassy in New Delhi, India, in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Culture and the Dubai Cultural Authority, organised a UAE Cultural Day celebration as part of the country’s 53rd Eid Al Etihad celebrations.
The event was attended by senior government officials, diplomats, business leaders, media representatives, and members of various cultural organisations. The day featured a range of cultural activities that showcased Emirati traditions and customs, including a corner for Emirati craftswomen to display their traditional crafts and a food station offering guests an array of Emirati dishes.
The event was a testament to the strong ties between the UAE and India, highlighting the countries’ cooperation in various fields such as culture, social affairs, economics, and diplomacy. Guests commended the festive atmosphere and acknowledged the UAE’s remarkable progress under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The event also emphasized the growing bilateral trade between the two countries, with major milestones like the opening of the BAPS Hindu Mandir and establishment of a consulate in Kerala showcasing the deepening relationship between the two nations.
