Hyderabad: The Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) former Joint Director VV Lakshminarayana claimed on Mon that he can contest the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections scheduled next year.
Lakshminarayana had investigated the alleged economic offences against YSR Congress Party leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
Lakshminarayana, WHO had proclaimed his entry into politics on October six at Tirupati, failed to let out from now on details of his plans.
Touching upon the difficulty of rampant corruption within the country, Lakshminarayana told media: “My fight is against corruption, not against people.”
