Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao extended Ramzan greetings to the Muslim community and distributed Ramzan ration kits to poor families at a programme organised by former MLC Mohd Saleem in Somajiguda here on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, he recalls previous BRS government activities and said that Ramzan Tohfa (gifts) were distributed to poor Muslims every year and financial assistance of Rs 1,00,116 was provided under the Shaadi Mubarak scheme.
He expressed confidence that BRS would return to power. “KCR will become the Chief Minister again and Ramzan gifts will once again reach every poor Muslim,” he added.
