Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao on Thursday conveyed Ramzan greetings to members of the Muslim community and participated in a programme where ration kits were distributed to economically weaker families in Somajiguda.
The programme was organised by former MLC Mohd Saleem as part of Ramzan outreach activities. During the event, ration kits containing essential commodities were distributed to several families.

He also referred to the Shaadi Mubarak scheme, under which financial assistance of ₹1,00,116 was provided to eligible beneficiaries for marriage support.
He said such welfare initiatives reflected the party’s commitment towards social support programmes and inclusive development.
Rama Rao expressed optimism about the party’s future political prospects and said BRS leaders and cadre would continue working to regain public support. He stated that the party remains committed to welfare programmes and development initiatives.
Party leaders present at the event said community outreach programmes would continue in the coming months as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots connections. The programme was attended by local leaders, party workers and community members.
