After the IPL 2025 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, the rankings for run scorers and wicket-takers saw significant shifts. B. Nicholas Pooran, the standout early-season player from Lucknow Super Giants, has dropped to third with 377 runs, while Suryakumar Yadav of Mumbai Indians is in fourth with 373 runs due to consistent performances.

In terms of bowling, Prasidh Krishna from Gujarat Titans retains the Purple Cap as the leading wicket-taker with 16 wickets in eight games. Following them are seven bowlers with 12 wickets each, including RCB’s Krunal Pandya, R. Sai Kishore, Mohammed Siraj, Noor Ahmad, Kuldeep Yadav, Hardik Pandya, and Shardul Thakur. Kuldeep stands out for his economy rate of 6.50, the best among them.
