Chinnaswamy Stadium, marking RCB’s first home win of the season and elevating them to third in the points table. Batting first after losing the toss, RCB scored 205 runs for 5 wickets, anchored by Virat Kohli’s impressive 70 runs with 8 fours and 2 sixes.
Openers Phil Salt contributed 26 runs, while Devdutt Padikkal added 50 runs, forming a vital 105-run partnership with Kohli. Late innings contributions from Tim David (23 runs) and Jitesh Sharma (20 not out) helped push the total past 200.
