Three Suspects in Pathankot Break into House

Chandigarh: Three suspects were reported breaking into a house near the military area in Pathankot, prompting a search operation by Punjab Police and BSF. The incident occurred in the village of Fangtauli, adjacent to the Mamun military area.

The suspects, wearing black clothes and bags, entered the house at around 2:30 pm and demanded roti. They did not open the door or respond to their voice. The suspects reportedly remained silent and silently watched their movements from behind a curtain. They also remained on the roof and verandah, sometimes listening to the sound of a helicopter passing overhead. Their movement continued until around 4:30 am when they informed the police.

The police found marks of the suspects’ shoes in the house and surrounding areas. This marks the second time in a week that movement of suspects has been seen in the border district Pathankot. On July 23, seven suspects were seen in the same village, who came to the house of village woman Seema Devi and asked for water and drank it.
