Uniting for Diwali: Muslim Women Perform Aarti at Subhash Bhawan, Sending a Message of Harmony

Varanasi:  On the occasion of Deepawali, Muslim women came together to perform the aarti of Lord Ram at Subhash Bhawan in Lamahi.

The event was organized by the Muslim Women Foundation and Vishal Bharat Sansthan, and it sent a powerful message to those who spread hatred in the name of Deepawali. Prior to the aarti, the women made rangoli with their own hands and decorated Lord Ram’s idol with flowers.

The aarti was then performed while singing Ram Aarti in Urdu. Mahant Balak Das of Patalpuri Math attended as the chief guest and spoke about the importance of embracing everyone, regardless of their religion or beliefs, just as Lord Ram did. He also emphasized the need for all countries to follow the ideals of Ram and promote peace and humanity. The efforts of these Muslim women will surely help bridge the divide between different communities and bring people closer together.

The National President of Muslim Women Foundation, Nazneen Ansari, highlighted how the ideals of Lord Ram and Ram Rajya can lead to a society free from discrimination and full of love and acceptance for all. She also urged countries like Israel and Palestine to follow this path for peace.

Dr. Rajiv, the National President of Vishal Bharat Sansthan, spoke about the need for building a bridge of love and goodwill between Hindus and Muslims, just like the Ram Setu. He emphasized that by following Lord Ram’s teachings, love and harmony can be fostered among people from different religions and backgrounds.

Overall, this event was a beautiful example of unity and showed that religion should not divide us but rather bring us together as one human race.
