At present, the term of the 16th Lok Sabha is ending on June 3, in which the Commission has sufficient time to issue notification for the first phase. Because the Commission should announce the dates of elections and the interval of at least two weeks for the election, the commission can announce the dates by the end of March and vote in early April. According to the information received from the Commission, there is a high probability that Election Commission has also made assembly elections in Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.
Since the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly has been dissolved. In such a situation, the Election Commission has to hold elections again. For this, the Commission is bound to choose within six months of the dissolution of the Assembly. This term ends in Jammu and Kashmir in May. There is also a voting in this regard. But due to fresh tension on the Pulwama attack and Kashmir, the situation is bad. In this situation, the conditions between India and Pakistan are quite opposite. In this case, the challenge of Jand has remained a challenge. The question is whether the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections will be held in the Lok Sabha elections between the worst conditions on the day to day, depending on the security situation.
