Hyderabad: The Indian Meteorological Department issued a yellow alert for the next three days, until August 17.
In the city, last night, heavy rain has been lashed in the northern and western regions, including Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Saidabad, Bandlaguda, Vanasthalipuram, Rajendranagar, Golconda, Tolichowki, Karwan, Mehdipatnam, Charminar, Aramghar, Attapur.
Officials advised residents to contact the GHMC helpline numbers, 040-21111111 or 9000113667, for assistance from the Disaster Response Force during the rainfall.
