Mizoram Elections results: MNF take away power from Congress in Mizoram

Aizawl:In Mizoram, the MNF has conquered the Congress by crossing the majority figure. Two times CM Lal Thanhawla has also lost the elections in both the seats. At the same time, MNF(Mizo National Font) is returning after 10 years in Mizoram.
MNF is making the government with the absolute majority. MNF has won 26, Congress 5, BJP 1 and Independent candidates won 8 seats. However, in this election, the Congress chief minister P. Lal thanhawla has lost both the elections in Chanphai South and Serchip. Let me tell you that after 10 years MNF is going to regain power again. Mizoram has so far become the chief minister.
Meanwhile, MNF President Zoram Thanga said, ‘Our coalition government will not be formed with our BJP or in any other situation as our party is capable of forming a government on its own. We have won 26 out of 40 seats. We are part of NEDA (North-East Democratic Alliance) and NDA. But we do not want to go with Congress or UPA.
