Rebellion against the Congress government had begun in Kodangal: KTR

Hyderabad: Nearly 100 Congress members from Kodangal joined the BRS at BRS working president KT Rama Rao residence in Nandinagar on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, KTR said a rebellion against the Congress government had begun in Kodangal, the constituency of Revanth Reddy.

KTR criticized the Congress government for sidelining cost-effective plans to irrigate Kodangal under the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project, opting instead for the Kodangal Lift Project for commissions.

” Revanth Reddy who had vehemently opposed the Pharma City project while in opposition, was now facilitating the establishment of a pharma village in Kodangal, leading to local discontent”, KTR added.
