During a public meeting in Madhubani, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Pahalgam attack on April 22, which resulted in the tragic deaths of innocent citizens. He expressed the nation’s collective grief, highlighting that this attack targeted not only unarmed tourists but also struck at the core of India’s faith. Modi emphasized the diverse backgrounds of the victims, including individuals from various states, reflecting the unity in grief and anger that spans the country.

He assured that the attackers and their conspirators would face severe consequences, declaring that India would identify and punish every terrorist and their supporters. Modi asserted that the resolve of 1.4 billion Indians would dismantle the operations of terrorist networks.
