Hyderabad: HYDRAA Commissioner, AV Ranganath personal security officer (Chaitanya) attempted suicide by shooting himself with his service pistol at his house in Hayathnagar on Sunday early.
According to the police, Chaitanya slipped into depression due to financial problems after having lost a huge amount of money in betting and gaming apps. He had left his house three months ago due to depression but later returned.
Chaitanya was shifted to hospital and his condition is stated to be critical. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
