Former TRS MP Bura Narasaiya Gaur joins BJP

New Delhi: Former Telangana Rashtra Samithi MP Bura Narasaiah Goud and other leaders on Wednesday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of Union ministers Bhupendra Yadav and G Kishan Reddy.

In a press conference held at the BJP headquarters, party leader Bhupendra Yadav accused the state’s K Chandrashekhar Rao government of doing politics only for the minorities. He claimed that the people would elect the BJP candidate in the upcoming Munugode assembly by-election. It will also bring the BJP to power in the assembly elections to be held next year.

Gaur raised questions on the agenda of the TRS party and said that he is joining the BJP after being influenced by the public welfare works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that he was not able to work properly in TRS. The party’s agenda is not clear. The party was changed from TRS to BRS without any discussion.
