Today is a historic day for the state of Jharkhand as JMM leader Hemant Soren is set to be sworn in as the chief minister for the second consecutive term. The 44-year-old leader will take the oath of office at a ceremony in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Soren recently visited his ancestral village to pay tribute to his grandfather, Sobaran Soren, who was a prominent politician and a leader of the tribal community.
This gesture highlights Soren’s commitment to his roots and his dedication towards serving the people of Jharkhand. The JMM-led alliance, which includes the Congress and the RJD, won a decisive victory in the state elections, securing 56 out of the 81 assembly seats.
This mandate shows the trust and faith that the people of Jharkhand have in Soren and his leadership.
As he takes on the responsibility of leading the state once again, all eyes will be on him to see how he fulfills his promises and works towards the development and progress of Jharkhand.
