BRS leader Harish Rao demands to release DAs for government employees

Hyderabad: BRS leader T Harish Rao demanded state government to release five pending Dearness Allowances (DAs) for government employees.

He pointed out that it was ten months since the Congress government came to power, and five DAs were still pending. This delay was causing significant financial loss to employees, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month.

He also highlighted the government’s failure to implement the new Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations within six months, as promised in the manifesto.

He urged Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to discuss this issue in the upcoming cabinet meeting on October 23 and announce the release as a Diwali gift.
