Kishanganj: Drug trade is spreading in Bihar and Bengal via Pakistan and Bangladesh. In the past, when smack and brown sugar were confiscated, in recent times, these figures are shocking, after which the intelligentsia is seen worried about the future of its youngsters. The young generation is wasting their life by getting caught in the trap of smack-brown sugar. If concrete steps are not taken on this in time, then many generations will be ruined.
If sources are to be believed, drugs are being sent to the border areas via Bengal Pakistan and Bangladesh. According to security agency sources, narcotics are first sent to Bangladesh from Pakistan and then from there via Kaliachak, Surjapur, and Malda in Bengal, this drug is being sent to the border areas of Bengal and Bihar as well as to Nepal. Seizures of drugs and arrests in the recent past in Purnia, Araria, and Kishanganj in Bihar as well as in Siliguri, Khoribari, and Islampur areas of Bengal also prove who are involved in this black business of white powder.
