Hyderabad: Cyber fraudsters cheated 37-year-old man from Hyderabad in the name of online part-time job and lost Rs 1.3 lakh.
Fraudsters obtained the victim’s personal details and promised to provide an online job with daily payments. Scammers told him that he needed to complete a free registration and was provided with a website.
The victim started the work in website and made payments as required. The scammers continued to provide commercial ads, prompting the victim to pay repeatedly.
Lastly , the victim realized and approached the police and raised a complaint. Police booked a case and started investigation.
