Hyderabad: BRS party working president KT Rama Rao plans to distribute KCR Kits to 4,910 new mothers and babies in Sircilla district on his birthday July 24.
KTR said this year’s gift would be a tribute to institutional deliveries in Sircilla over the last 18 months.
Previous years have seen initiatives such as 108 ambulances being deployed to government hospitals (2020), 1,400 tri-wheelers for the differently-abled (2021), 6,000 tablets being distributed to needy students (2022), laptops being provided to 116 meritorious children from a State home (2023), and support being extended to families affected by weaver suicides (2024).
