Modi’s Mahakumbh: Igniting India’s Startup Scene

Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the “Startup Mahakumbh” on Wednesday, a three-day event organized by the government to boost the startup ecosystem and attract investments in the sector. Jointly organized by leading industry associations and with support from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the event has seen unprecedented participation and is considered India’s largest startup event. With a focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, the event has attracted significant interest from investors, innovators, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The three-day event features thematic pavilions showcasing innovation in various sectors such as DeepTech, AgriTech, BioTech, MedTech, AI, and Gaming. It also provides a platform for collaboration and networking with over 2000 startups, 1000+ investors, 100+ unicorns, and 300+ incubators & accelerators in attendance.

The event has seen eminent industry leaders and policymakers stressing the vital role of startups in driving India’s economic progress and development.
