Musi demolitions: KTR advised people to stay unity

Hyderabad: With the ongoing demolitions in some areas, BRS working president KT Rama Rao, criticised Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for targeting the poor during the festive season of Dasara and Bathukamma.

KTR advised the residents to stay united, the BRS working president emphasised the need to form WhatsApp groups to stay connected and be prepared to confront officials trying to demolish their homes.

KTR suggested that the residents replace the “RB-X” demolition markers with ‘KCR’. “Write KCR on your house. Let’s see who dares to demolish them,” he declared.

KTR warned that not 16,000 families, but over 40,000 families could be displaced by the project and demanded compensation and jobs for the victims.
