The notification for the second phase of Assembly elections in Bihar will be issued today.
With the notification, the process of filing nominations will begin in 94 Assembly constituencies spread across 17 districts. Polling in these constituencies will be held on November 3.
The nomination process ends on October 16 and the scrutiny takes place the next day. The last date for withdrawal of candidature is October 19. In the second phase, all the poll bound districts are in North Bihar except Patna and Nalanda.
