Police files case against Tollywood film actor Vijay Devarkonda

Hyderabad: Police registered a case against Tollywood film actor Vijay Devarkonda and others for allegedly hurting the sentiments of tribals.

Nenavath Ashok Kumar Naik, a resident of Saidabad filed a case against actor Vijay Devarkonda making some adverse comments against the tribal community in ‘Retro’ movie pre-release function.

Actor Vijay had participated in the event held in the month of April where he had allegedly made the comments. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case against Vijay Devarkonda under different Sections of the SC/ST Act and are investigating.
