At Ganga Maiya’s Har Ki Pauri, worshippers are making holy baths in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Prayagraj and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh are also places where people worship Lord Shiva by taking Ganga baths. Thousands of devotees have travelled from Maharashtra to pray at the Babulnath temple in Mumbai. Jharkhand’s Baba Baidyanath Dham temple in Deoghar is crowded with Shiva worshippers.
