Telangana Govt plans to set up Green Hydrogen Manufacturing Hubs

Hyderabad: Telangana government is working to develop green hydrogen manufacturing hubs  in the state. This hubs are set to target of adding 20,000 MW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.

State Deputy Chief Minister, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, said Telangana remained committed to being a leader in renewable energy, sustainable technologies, and scientific innovation.

He said Telangana Clean and Green Energy Policy has set ambitious goals of adding 20,000 MW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, prioritising Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to manage intermittency and promoting green hydrogen technologies as the fuel of the future.
